Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be refunded. All returns must be requested and approved before the product is sent back.

Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us at bedbuddy.contact@gmail.com.

You will need to provide your order number, delivery date, and the reason for the return. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include a photo or video as proof. Do not send your product back before receiving approval and detailed return instructions.

Return Conditions

Your product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or, for cash-on-delivery orders, via bank transfer. For bank transfers, please provide your IBAN and the account holder’s name. Refunds are issued only after the product has been received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at bedbuddy.contact@gmail.com.

Exchanges are processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please include your order number inside the package. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
